These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between SpinWin77 and each registered user ("you", "the Player", "the Member") of the platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of spinwin77.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and services provided thereunder.

By completing the registration process, clicking to accept these Terms during onboarding, or by continuing to access the platform after the publication of any updated version of these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

SpinWin77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Use of the SpinWin77 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. SpinWin77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. This requirement is non-waivable and will be verified through the KYC process.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

4. You do not hold any currently active SpinWin77 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period applied to your Account at your own request or imposed by SpinWin77 for compliance reasons.
6. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
7. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of SpinWin77 or any of its affiliated companies or licensed game studio partners.

To access the full range of Services available on SpinWin77, you must create an Account by completing the online registration form. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Malaysian mobile phone number or international equivalent;
• Residential address, including city (e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam); and
• Preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit — MYR is the default for Malaysian residents).

SpinWin77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time for identity and address verification purposes. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous 90 days.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. SpinWin77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

By accessing and using SpinWin77, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms at all times. Your use of the Platform is permitted for lawful entertainment purposes only.

You may use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and sports betting entertainment. Any use of the Platform for commercial gain, systematic exploitation of bonus programs, or operation of any third-party betting service is strictly prohibited.

SpinWin77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for the purposes contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not extend to any resale or commercial use of the Platform, its content, or any data derived from it.

You must not use any automated system, bot, spider, scraper, or similar technology to access the Platform, extract data, or interact with any Service. Use of artificial intelligence tools, betting automation software, or any third-party script to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

SpinWin77 aims to maintain platform availability of 99.2% or greater on an annualised basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. SpinWin77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

SpinWin77 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit amount is RM30,000, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment method. SpinWin77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which SpinWin77 bears no responsibility.

All deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from SpinWin77's operational funds. You may only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 5 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow channels during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (FPX) may take up to one business day to be reflected in your nominated bank account.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. SpinWin77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there are grounds for further verification. You may only withdraw to a payment account held in your own name and that corresponds to a verified deposit method associated with your Account.

All Account balances and transactions for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion, if applicable for certain payment instruments, will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and SpinWin77 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

SpinWin77 offers various bonus and promotional programmes to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer A Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be disclosed at the time the bonus is offered or credited.

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are generally subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account.

SpinWin77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploitation of software errors or promotional miscalculations; coordination between players to farm bonus funds; and any pattern of play that, in SpinWin77's reasonable assessment, constitutes an attempt to extract value from promotions without genuine engagement with the platform's Services.

Where bonus abuse is identified, SpinWin77 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, reverse related winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account without liability to the Player.

The Refer A Friend programme awards a bonus of MYR 38 to both the referring Player and the new player upon the new player completing their first qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. SpinWin77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Refer A Friend programme at any time.

Birthday bonuses are awarded to verified account holders in accordance with the player's stated and verified date of birth. Bonus values are tier-dependent (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688). These are mock indicative figures subject to change; current values will be confirmed at the time of credit. Birthday bonuses are non-transferable and may not be claimed by proxy.

All betting and gaming activity on SpinWin77 is governed by the specific product rules applicable to each game type or sports market, as published within the relevant sections of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant game or market.

SpinWin77's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, and UFC events. All sports bets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules, which govern settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play bet acceptance, and result disputes. Live in-play bets are accepted at the Platform's absolute discretion and may be suspended or refused without notice.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return to players across all sessions and do not guarantee returns in any individual session. SpinWin77 does not manipulate game outcomes and all integrated game studios are required to maintain valid certifications from recognised testing laboratories.

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under studio conditions. Technical disconnection during a live dealer round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable round completion rules; SpinWin77's technical logs will be the authoritative record in the event of a dispute.

In the event of a dispute concerning a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, the Player must contact customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event. SpinWin77's decision, based on its technical records, shall be final in all disputes unless the Player provides compelling evidence of a systematic platform error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the SpinWin77 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Allowing any third party, including minors, to access or use your Account;
• Using software, algorithms, or automated betting systems to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that may constitute a criminal offence;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors and failing to report them to SpinWin77;
• Depositing funds through payment methods that are not registered in your name;
• Engaging in coordinated play designed to systematically extract bonus value or exploit promotional offers;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or backend systems of the Platform; and
• Any conduct that violates applicable Malaysian law or the law of your jurisdiction of residence.

SpinWin77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide a range of player-protection tools accessible from within the Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a voluntary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all SpinWin77 Services. Self-exclusions of six months or longer are irreversible for the specified period.

All player-protection limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased until the specified period has elapsed. Downward adjustments to limits are effective immediately.

You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or material from the Platform without SpinWin77's prior written consent. Hyperlinks to the Platform homepage may be established for personal, non-commercial purposes provided they do not misrepresent any affiliation with SpinWin77 or imply endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpinWin77 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security; or
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside SpinWin77's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government action, or force majeure events.

In any event, SpinWin77's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits SpinWin77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

SpinWin77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a Player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false registration information;
• Engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity in connection with the Platform;
• Engaged in conduct harmful to other players, third parties, or to SpinWin77's reputation; or
• Attempted to access the Platform using another person's credentials.

Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Wallet Balance (net of Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to active investigation or fraud hold) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method within 10 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. If you wish to self-exclude rather than close your Account, please refer to Section 10 and our Responsible Gambling page.

SpinWin77 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users via registered email address or prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required by law or for urgent security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to SpinWin77's jurisdiction of operation as an international online gaming platform. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through SpinWin77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.

SpinWin77 operates an internal complaints procedure under which Players may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". SpinWin77 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Nothing in this Section affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
